Our Engagement team works closely with our clients through interviews, data reviews, and thorough research including competitive, audience and market analyses. This leads to developing a concise plan to best address the business and marketing goals. We also begin to develop key foundational documents that will set a course for the project and act as the compass and roadmap by which the project is guided.
Next, our Engagement team develops the detailed experience designs that bring the Strategy and Roadmap to life. These designs can take a wide variety of formats, including wire-frames, technical designs, marketing concepts, visual designs, copy decks, and media plans. Regardless of what is designed, it will be fully developed in the next phase.
When everyone is on board with the completed experience designs, it’s time for the rubber to meet the road. Our strategists, creatives, technologists, project managers, and client work as a tightly knit team to move ahead to build the solution. We share our progress early and often, in order to make shifts in the work swiftly, if necessary.
When the project is finished and ready for launch, we take efforts to reveal it to our audience in the most effective and engaging manner. From finding the proper media mix to ensuring backend pieces are running in complete harmony, every contingency is planned for.
